Responsibilities Act as the point of contact with suppliers and shipping companies for quotations and delivery arrangements. Liaise between suppliers and the Service Department to follow up and resolve product‑related issues. Responsible for procurement activities: checking stock availability, issuing purchase orders, preparing PO payment requests, and arranging shipment to ensure timely delivery. Collaborate closely with the sales team on delivery schedule updates. General administrative tasks: filing, answering calls, forwarding messages. Perform other ad‑hoc assignments when needed, such as preparing and submitting MDACS applications. Requirements Graduates / diploma holders or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an Office Admin Assistant / purchasing clerk. Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Good communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills. Benefits Medical insurance. 5‑day work week.
