FHL Therapeutics division is engaged in drug development for neuro-degenerative disorders such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases as well as traumatic brain injuries, including phase 1 and 2 clinical trials with the US FDA. FHL Aesthetics division is focused on manufacturing and distributing medical-grade aesthetics products such as HA fillers, skin boosters and meso serums, etc. Recently, FHL is also affiliated with an innovative aesthetic clinic franchise platform, Dr. Kudos Lab. FHL and its affiliated companies are part of the portfolio companies under Mstone biotech platform which incubates and manages a number of bio-pharma companies in the US and Asia. FHL and Dr. Kudos Lab are established and managed by a bio-tech platform, Mstone which is focused on developing drugs, technologies and services across healthcare industry in a hub-and-spoke business model with a number of portfolio companies. Core Mission Be the critical link between our aesthetic clinic partners and HQ product/tech teams—ensuring seamless onboarding, understanding clinic workflows, communicating technical issues and suggestions during the real-clinic adoption. Key Responsibilities Clinic Onboarding & Success Support 1. Lead entire onboarding for aesthetic clinic partners: Collect basic requirement for onboarding (Clinic details, physician info, treatment options etc.) coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth app content creation and integration. 2. Deliver training to (doctors, nurses, consultants, admins) on mobile app features, troubleshooting, to support adoption and usage. 3. Provide ongoing technical and operational support to clinics. Market insight User Experience Discovery 1. Participate into clinic operations to understand user experience in clinics. 2. Conduct interviews, surveys, and on-site observations to gather user feedbacks, operational bottlenecks, and pain points. 3. Stay curious and informed about emerging AI technologies relevant to the aesthetic/wellness industry (e.g., AI-powered scheduling, personalized patient recommendations, operational automation). 4. Bring ideas to enhance user experience, streamline workflows. Required Qualifications & Skills Language Proficiency : Fluent in English (verbal + written) Work Style : Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision; proactive in identifying issues and solving problems. Communication : Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills – able to listen actively, empathize with users, and articulate insights/requirements clearly to cross-functional teams. Industry Interest : Passion for the aesthetic/wellness industry and eagerness to understand clinic operations, , trends, and challenges. Adaptability : Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment; flexible to pivot priorities as the business evolves. Experience : 1-3 years of relevant experience (product support, user research, or client success) – experience working with clinics, healthcare, or wellness brands is a plus but not required.
