Job Description About the Company A globally recognized Japanese brand specializing in smart handheld consumer electronics Extensive expertise in the design, development, manufacturing, and marketing of innovative devices Hong Kong office serves as the APAC regional headquarters for sales and marketing operations Active presence across international markets Key Responsibilities Plan and manage global projects related to handheld consumer electronic devices and branded merchandise Coordinate product concepts, selection, specifications, and design development Support product development processes to meet time, cost, and quality standards Assist in packaging structure planning and user manual creation Conduct market analysis and monitor global trends and consumer demand Liaise with customers and suppliers throughout the product development cycle, from design to production Schedule and oversee production activities to ensure timely delivery Process sales orders and coordinate logistics for shipment and fulfillment Ideal Candidates Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred) Minimum of two years’ experience in a merchandising or product coordination role Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Creative, proactive, and detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities Excellent communication skills and ability to meet tight deadlines Willingness to travel occasionally What We Offer 5‑day work week with flexible hours 13 months salary + performance bonus 12 days annual leave Birthday leave Extra company holidays (5‑6 days) Paid overtime Trip allowance Medical insurance Career development opportunities within a respected Japanese MNC A collaborative, multicultural work environment To Apply Please attach your CV with salary expectations to Personal data provided by job applicants will be used for recruitment purposes only.
