Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Overseeing vendor relationships and managing contracts effectively. Identifying and mitigating potential risks to IT operations. Leading and mentoring a team of IT professionals to achieve departmental objectives. A successful candidate for the role should have: Strong expertise in IT infrastructure and operations management. Proven experience as a hands‑on infrastructure manager with excellent tech skills, people management as well as stakeholder management skills. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese and English. Bachelor Degree or above in Information Technology or Computer Science.
