Position: Assistant Customer Service Engineer (Field Service) Location: Kwai Hing, Kwai Tsing District, HK Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and provide service support for medical equipment Enhance customer satisfaction by improving repair turnaround times Support the growing demand for preventive maintenance inspections and field service activities Assist with some administrative tasks related to the repair and field service process Ensure compliance with QMS control standards according to global guidelines and the company’s direction Help inspect incoming and outgoing medical equipment before and after repair services Maintain computer‑based service management and administration systems for field service activities Perform any other ad‑hoc duties and projects as assigned Requirements High Diploma or above in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field Minimum 1‑year relevant experience in medical device, diagnostics, life sciences or biotech sector, with good understanding of the IEC60601 Medical Device Standard an advantage Able to demonstrate a strong quality‑first mindset with the ability to strengthen field service activities Able to work flexibly and with large pieces of equipment Self‑initiated, independent, meticulous, good problem‑solving skills with effective communication Good command of written and spoken English Proficient in MS Office Applications Candidates with more experience will be considered as Customer Service Engineer Why it’s Great To Work at Olympus At Olympus, we are deeply committed to fostering a respectful, fair, and welcoming workplace for all individuals, perspectives, and lifestyles.
