Operation Director (Garment) (Ref Number: ) Our client, a well-established garment manufacturing company, is now looking for a high-caliber candidate for the following position: Responsibilities Work closely with the CEO to define and execute the company's long-term operational and growth strategy. Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, from cutting and sewing to finishing and packing. Manage factory resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials, to maximize output and minimize waste. Establish and enforce a rigorous quality management system across all stages of production. Lead the QA/QC team to ensure all products meet or exceed client specifications and international standards. Oversee the sample development process to ensure timely and accurate creation of proto, fit, and pre-production samples. Drive initiatives to improve profitability, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements Degree holder or above. A proven leader with 10+ years of senior management experience in a garment manufacturing environment. A strategic thinker with a track record of successfully scaling operations and contributing to business growth. Deep, hands‑on expertise in production management, QA/QC, and factory operations. An excellent communicator and motivator, capable of leading and inspiring large teams. Data‑driven decision‑maker with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Frequent travel to Mainland China / Southeast Asia is required.
