Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning and deep learning solutions using Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) to solve real business problems. Build, fine-tune, and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI capabilities into products and internal tools. Develop robust APIs (FastAPI or similar) to productionize models and enable seamless integration with front-end systems and business applications. Perform advanced data analysis on structured and unstructured data sources; create compelling data visualizations and dashboards (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly) to communicate actionable business insights to stakeholders. Lead ETL/ELT pipelines and big data processing workflows (Spark, Hadoop, Airflow, dbt, etc.) to ensure high-quality, scalable data foundations. Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations, driving operational optimization, predictive maintenance, revenue growth, and strategic decision-making. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to identify opportunities and measure the commercial impact of AI/ML initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. At least 3–5 years of hands‑on industry experience building and deploying machine learning/deep learning models with Python. Strong proficiency and proven production experience in: LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and fine‑tuning API development and model serving (FastAPI, Flask, Docker, Kubernetes basics) Data visualization and storytelling with tools/libraries (Plotly, Dash, Streamlit, Tableau, etc.) Big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, SQL/NoSQL databases) Demonstrated ability to derive actionable business insights from data and influence decision‑making at executive level. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices is a strong advantage. Excellent problem‑solving skills, business acumen, and ability to work independently or lead small projects. Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus.
