Responsibilities Assist management to support the claims team in daily claims operation, enquiry, and continuous claims process improvement Assess and approve complicated claims Monitor and control daily operations to ensure smooth delivery of agreed service standards Handle enquiries from distribution enquiry team, customer enquiry teams and complaint team Review staff performance, develop and monitor plans for staff development Drive and oversee plans for system modifications to continue meeting, improving and anticipating customer needs and developing relationships with agency force Implement continuous claims process improvement to strive for operational efficiency Provide training to claim colleagues and other internal staff to uplift their claims knowledge Review and revise internal claims manuals, guidelines and practices Assist in all operational and project issues Qualifications University graduate or above with FLMI or equivalent At least 8 years of experience in Claims with at least 3 years in a management position Strong technical skills and knowledge of Claims Customer‑centric mindset and good communication skills Result‑oriented, self‑motivated, patient, cheerful and positive High emotional maturity and ability to work under pressure Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Analyst and Consulting Industries Claims Adjusting, Actuarial Services and Insurance Benefits Our benefits include comprehensive health coverage, retirement plans, learning and development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
