Responsible Officer (RO), Brokerage Department Strategic Planning and Business Development: Assist in formulating overall strategies and implementation plans for business transformation. Design and promote innovative product lines covering brokerage and wealth management services. Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and collaborate with senior management to implement strategies effectively. Team Building and Management: Recruit, train, and lead a professional team, including financial advisors, investment advisors, and support staff. Establish performance metrics and incentive mechanisms to ensure team objectives are achieved. Outsourcing and Resource Integration: Leverage personal market resources to drive business growth. Utilize external service providers, custodian banks, and technology platforms to accelerate business development. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and institutional investors. Provide tailored internal recommendations to continuously enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, business administration, or related fields. Work Experience: At least 6 years of experience in securities brokerage or related fields. Minimum of 3 years managing teams in wealth management or brokerage businesses. Prior experience in wealth management or private banking is a plus. Professional Qualifications: Current or former holder of Type 1 Responsible Officer (RO) license, covering regulated activities including but not limited to brokerage business. Experience with CCASS and front‑office brokerage trading platforms is preferred. International certifications such as CFA are an advantage. Skills and Abilities: Strong understanding of wealth management products and brokerage business models. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in Hong Kong, the CSRC, and international financial markets. Exceptional business development and team‑management skills, with the ability to design and execute effective business plans. Extensive industry resources and the ability to establish partnerships quickly. Personal Attributes: Strategic vision and innovative thinking, with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive growth. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with HNWIs and partners.
