THE TEAM The Global Commercial team builds and drives a strong sales culture, maximizes revenue generation, and elevates brand presence across all markets and regions where Rosewood Hotel Group operates. This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and leads global commercial disciplines including sales, revenue management, digital performance marketing, partnerships, and regional commercial teams. YOUR ROLE As Senior Vice President, Commercial, Global , you will steer Rosewood’s global commercial strategy, encompassing sales, performance marketing, distribution, revenue management, partnerships, and ownership of the Ecommerce ecosystem. You will think digital‑first, set ambitious goals, and lead global teams to achieve revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction targets across all channels. As a senior leader, you will champion commercial excellence, foster cross‑functional collaboration, and develop talent to drive strong commercial performance worldwide. HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE Own the global Commercial P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and identifying cost and revenue opportunities. Develop and implement global commercial, sales, and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and brand differentiation. Oversee the Ecommerce ecosystem, ensuring optimal digital guest experience and integrated performance marketing across channels. Drive global sales, distribution, and revenue optimization strategies to maximize market penetration and profitability. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach and strengthen brand equity. Build and lead high‑performing commercial teams, fostering innovation, accountability, and professional growth. COULD THIS BE YOU?
