Senior Lecturer/Lecturer (Hospitality and Tourism Management) (LiPACE) - (25002KG) Li Ka Shing School of Professional & Continuing Education (LiPACE), part of Hong Kong Metropolitan University, seeks a Senior Lecturer/Lecturer in Hospitality and Tourism Management. The position is full‑time and requires experience in teaching, program development, and academic leadership. Major Duties and Responsibilities Teach hospitality/tourism related courses at Higher Diploma and Diploma levels. Plan, develop, manage and deliver programs and courses, including classroom teaching and work‑integrated learning, and perform academic quality‑assurance functions. Provide leadership and support to relevant teams and units. Engage in professional and scholarly activities. Participate in School/University activities and administration. Perform any other duties assigned by the Dean or nominee. Candidate Requirements Higher degree and/or relevant professional qualifications. Experience in teaching, administration or professional practice, including program development, course administration and quality assurance in tertiary/continuing education. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Active involvement in professional and community activities. Proficiency in English & Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.
