Japanese Chain Restaurants (JCR) – Marketing Position JCR, a growth driver of Maxim’s Group, is looking for a Marketing Partner to join our journey in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. Role Overview Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for brand and product categories to drive sales growth, support the execution of promotion campaigns for our existing and upcoming dining concepts, and manage marketing initiatives across local stores. Responsibilities Assist the development and implementation of marketing strategies for brand and product category to drive sales growth. Work closely with internal and external parties to support marketing and communication initiatives. Support consumer research, monitor ongoing campaigns, and keep accurate records of competitive activity to improve brand positioning and product trends. Support the development and execution of marketing and promotion campaigns for Dondonya, Butahage, Ippudo, LETASU and other upcoming concepts, including brand building, event promotions, e‑marketing and social media campaigns. Responsible for store marketing initiatives: local store campaigns, new store openings, store renovation support, new product development, food promotion, press release content, merchandising, uniforms, store ambience, signage and other initiatives. Responsible for social media planning, photography shoots and copywriting. Plan and manage the production and distribution of marketing/promotion materials and collaterals. Perform pre‑ and post‑evaluation of brand & product performance to generate new product ideas and identify growth drivers. Assist in daily administrative duties related to marketing activities. Qualifications Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines. At least 2 years’ work experience in marketing. Good interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese; Japanese proficiency is a plus. Passionate about Japanese food and culture. Positive, proactive and with a strong sense of responsibility. Ability to multi‑task and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborative working style, building and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint; photo‑editing and Adobe suite skills are advantageous.
