Promatics Education Centre, a school founded in 2014 with the objective to create and implement effective mathematics training for students. We focus on helping students understand why mathematics is important and foster genuine interest in Mathematics and Science through conceptual learning and practice. Role Description This is a full-time role as a Mathematics Instructor at Promatics Education Centre in Hong Kong SAR. The instructor will be responsible for: Delivering engaging and effective Mathematics lessons aligned with IBDP (up to HL), IAL, AP and IGCSE curricula Designing and adapting the Mathematics curriculum to suit students of varying abilities Developing high-quality teaching materials, assignments, and practice tests Analyzing student performance and providing regular feedback to students and parents Communicating professionally with parents and the Chief Instructor regarding student progress Building strong student–teacher relationships to foster a positive and productive learning environment Supporting administrative tasks such as lesson scheduling when necessary Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics or a related field Strong knowledge and understanding of Mathematics concepts and principles Experience in teaching Mathematics to students at different levels of international school curriculums (IBDP/IGCSE/AP/A-levels). Ability to teach HL level in IBDP is a plus Experience in preparing students to write IBDP/IGCSE/AP/A-levels/ACT/SSAT/SAT exams with a track record of improving student scores is advantageous Excellent communication skills (fluent in English preferred) and strong interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods and provide assignments to meet individual student needs Strong organizational and time-management skills Responsible, confident, and enthusiastic with a passion for education and a desire to inspire students Patient, encouraging, and committed to students’ academic and personal growth Good team player Able to teach both in person and online What we offer Competitive salary (HKD30,000-40,000, subject to experience) with discretionary bonus/commission and paid annual leave Flexible working hours and supportive team culture Professional training and teaching resources provided Clear pathways for career development and progression A stable, respectful, and enriching environment to grow as an educator Job details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Education and Training Industry: Education Location: Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong SAR #J-18808-Ljbffr
