Town Planner

Responsibilities Conduct research to identify property development opportunities along existing and future railway lines. Participate in the master planning process for optimal and sustainable property development, including conducting feasibility studies and preparing master layout plans for statutory and non‑statutory submissions. Work with multi‑disciplinary consultants on planning, urban design, and technical assessments, such as traffic and environmental aspects. Communicate with government authorities for approval of statutory submissions and endorsement of non‑statutory proposals. Liaise with stakeholders and partners in the project planning and implementation stages. Monitor planning news for senior management and build a knowledge base for analysis. Requirements Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline. A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience is preferred. Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution is preferred. Excellent communication skill in both English and Chinese. Good commercial acumen is an advantage. Remarks Appointment will be made on two‑year renewable contract terms. Candidates with less experience will be considered for a lower grade position.
