Food & Beverage Director (F&B Director) – (Italian Casual Restaurant) Type: Full-time | Immediate start About us We are creating a new Italian restaurant — familiar, comforting, and full of soul, but presented with modern energy and style. We’re looking for a Floor Manager / Host who can bring warmth, professionalism, and heart to the dining experience. You will be the face and voice — the person guests remember when they think of great service and genuine hospitality. Key Responsibilities Define and implement the strategic vision for all F&B operations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and guest expectations Oversee the development of service protocols, operational workflows, and quality assurance systems across all F&B outlets Lead cross-departmental collaboration with culinary, marketing, finance, and IT teams to drive innovation and efficiency Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations Manage supplier relationships, procurement strategies, and cost control initiatives to optimize profitability Guide the conceptual development of new F&B offerings, seasonal menus, and guest experience enhancements Analyze performance metrics and guest feedback to inform continuous improvement and strategic planning Support the design and execution of marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and promotional initiatives Requirements Extensive experience in F&B or hospitality leadership Proven ability to lead through influence, strategy, and systems Deep understanding of luxury service standards, food safety compliance, and hospitality best practices Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and supplier negotiations Demonstrated success in concept development, brand building, and cross-functional project leadership Proficiency in hospitality management systems and digital operations tools Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills Experience with Italian F&B operation and proficiency in Italian culinary culture is a plus.
