We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join our eMobility Department as a Project Manager. Key responsibilities include: Leading a team of engineering staff to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting clients’ expectations. Managing projects effectively, including feasibility studies, product trials, design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of EV charging systems. Maintaining best practices in project execution and related activities, with regular reviews for continuous improvement. Preparing tender documents and collaborating with the procurement team for tendering processes. Forecasting budgets, controlling costs, and managing schedules to achieve targeted profits and minimize costs. Reporting project progress and financial performance promptly. Monitoring SHEQ standards to ensure compliance and fostering a safety-first culture. Requirements A recognized university degree in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or relevant disciplines, with at least 8 years of relevant experience. Extensive experience in EV charging system construction, replacement, testing, commissioning, and maintenance services. Strong knowledge of contractor management, interfacing with civil and E&M contractors, and managing multi-discipline site activities. Excellent project management, leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Good understanding of safety, health, environmental, and quality management standards. Interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Business acumen, customer orientation, and a performance-driven attitude. Possession of a Construction Industry Safety Card. A valid driving license (Class 1 or 2) is preferred. Candidates with less experience may be considered for a lower position.
