About the role Moty's Design is seeking a talented and experienced Architect with Interior experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, detailing, and specifying for luxury residential and boutique commercial spaces, with a keen eye for materiality, craft, and detail. You will work directly with our Design Director and project teams to establish design direction, produce technical documentation, and ensure the flawless realization of our projects. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of significant aspects of projects and, depending on experience, lead small, dedicated teams. You will demonstrate experience in: Developing design concepts in close collaboration with the Design Director and clients. Leading projects through all phases, from programming and concept development to documentation and construction administration. Translating design concepts into compelling visualizations. Creating cohesive design narratives, material palettes, and presentation materials for client reviews. Developing detailed floor plans, space planning, and custom millwork design. Curating and specifying fixtures, fittings, furniture, lighting, and finishes, presenting a curated selection to clients. Preparing comprehensive and detailed drawing sets for contractor bidding and construction. Staying current with emerging trends in architecture, interior design, and material innovations. What You Bring (Requirements): A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture. 5‑8 years or above of experience as an architect or designer at a leading international design firm, with involvement in built projects and focus in interiors. A strong conceptual, graphic, and design portfolio that demonstrates a high level of craftsmanship. Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite. Proficiency in rendering software, particularly Enscape and/or V‑Ray. Confidence working collaboratively in a dynamic, fast‑paced studio environment. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to design excellence. Fluency in English. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on BIM/Revit projects. Extensive experience in the construction documentation and administration phases. Licensed to practice architecture (Member of HKIA, AIA, RIBA or equivalent). Proficiency in additional languages.
