Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Engineers in establishing client’s requirements and purchase request
- Advise Engineers on selection of procurement strategy and compliance
- Prepare cost estimation for BMS and maintenance contracts
- Prepare Subcontractor and frame agreement
- Handle Subcontractor interview and assessment, evaluation, recommendation and award
- Advise cost reduction status regularly
- Higher diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics or business
- 2-3 years solid track records of hands-on the process of RfQ, eBidding & Contracts handling
- Strong business orientation, customer focus and decision-making ability
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficient in English and Cantonese
The candidate will be employed by an outsourced company.
