Overview Our client, an expanding Chinese bank in Hong Kong, is looking for a high calibre professional to join their group. Responsibilities Support daily securities and fund transactions to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely service delivery to clients. Execute operational tasks including trade reconciliation, CCASS operations, corporate actions, IPO/FINI and placement processing, client fund transfers, securities borrowing/lending, data maintenance, and mutual fund operations. Assist in managing stock pledge processing for Hong Kong-listed equities and derivatives. Uphold internal controls by reviewing transactions, amendments, and data modifications performed by the operations team. Contribute to system improvement initiatives, addressing challenges throughout project phases from planning to execution. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in settlement or operations within the financial sector. Candidates with Hong Kong/US stock settlement experience will be prioritized. Demonstrated expertise in processing Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, and Derivatives settlements. Mandatory hands‑on experience with full‑cycle CCASS settlement. Strong knowledge of clearing procedures, fee/commission calculations, IPO handling, corporate actions, fund transfers, settlement instructions, mutual fund processing, and relevant SFC/HKEX regulations. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken). Immediate availability is strongly preferred.
