Insurance Product Marketing Manager

Develop and execute product marketing strategies to support business growth and enhance customer engagement. Refine product value propositions to align with customer needs, business goals, and market opportunities. Create impactful marketing materials—including brochures, videos, and digital content—to support product launches and strengthen brand positioning. Conduct research on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activity to inform go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Distribution, Product, and Compliance to deliver effective sales tools and integrated marketing campaigns. Ensure all marketing content adheres to regulatory requirements and brand standards. Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture. Participate in strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 5–7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within financial services, insurance, or related sectors. Experience or familiarity with High Net Worth (HNW) customer segments is a strong advantage. Proven ability to develop customer-focused marketing strategies and engaging multi-channel content. Strong project management skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration. Strategic mindset with excellent execution and organizational capabilities.
