Management Trainee Programme

The Management Trainee Programme offers a taste of a fast‑paced and dynamic business environment in CEBI local office through on‑the‑job experience from 2026 to 2028 (2‑year programme). The programme aims to cultivate elite graduates aspiring to join the investment banking industry, providing fast‑track career development, special resources, and a series of professional trainings and cross‑departmental projects during the planning cycle. The programme lasts for 2 years, during which the company closely follows the development of each trainee to provide appropriate guidance and support to each participant. It mainly comprises vertical training in job‑specific areas to deepen professional knowledge and horizontal training to enhance individual capabilities. The programme will include a rotation of 3‑4 departments over 2 years, offering an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to front, middle and back office functions. Upon completion, a two‑way internal selection will be implemented based on each trainee’s performance and interests to choose functional streams and job fields. Requirements Graduates in 2025 or H1 2026 from any accredited university, with a full‑time bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance. Strong sense of responsibility and conscientiousness. Strong initiative and fast learning ability. Compliance with company policies and arrangements.
