Susquehanna is seeking a Compliance Associate to support the Institutional Sales Trading Desk in our Hong Kong office. The role is central to developing and expanding our institutional trading platform in the APAC region, including designing and implementing compliance frameworks and programs that align with the firm’s growth objectives. The Associate will provide timely, accurate, and practicable compliance guidance to sales and trading professionals, ensuring activities comply with all applicable local regulations while supporting the best interests of clients. What You’ll Do Provide advice and compliance oversight to sales and traders covering equities and fixed‑income products. Foster trust and collaboration across key departments (Technology, Operations, Legal, and Business). Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of regulatory and rule changes, ensuring best practices are followed. Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries and investigations. Leverage strong data, reporting, and organizational skills with high attention to detail. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience and a keen interest in financial markets. Knowledge of the Securities and Futures Ordinance and Hong Kong Stock Exchange Rules. A highly motivated self‑starter who learns quickly and thrives under pressure. A critical thinker with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities. A proactive team player who enjoys collaborating across disciplines.
