Responsibilities Liaise with malls and venue partners to secure suitable spaces for company events and activities. Coordinate event logistics and ensure all venue requirements are met. Manage and review event and venue contracts, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards. Arrange and maintain the scheduling of sales personnel for various events and activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution. Monitor and report on venue arrangements and event performance. Handle any issues or changes related to venue or scheduling in a timely manner. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of relevant experience in business development, event coordination, or venue management. Experience in leasing will be given priority consideration. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, in both English and Chinese is an advantage. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). #J-18808-Ljbffr
