Finance Strategy Business Partner - location open We are seeking a highly strategic, analytical, and business-oriented Finance Strategy Business Partner to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role designed for individuals with top-tier consulting experience , who can partner directly with business leaders to drive growth, optimize performance, and shape the company’s financial future. You will act as the CFO for your business units , combining financial insight, operational understanding, and strategic perspective to support decision-making at the highest level. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environments, and who can move seamlessly between big-picture strategy and analytical detail. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership & Decision Support: Partner directly with business leaders to prioritize strategic initiatives and drive business outcomes Lead financial modeling, scenario planning, and strategic analyses to support investment decisions. Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that enable management to determine progress against strategic/business plans and budgets. Translate business strategy into financial implications and actionable insights. Provide insightful and actionable recommendations to improve financial performance. Performance Management Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews for your business units. Develop and maintain KPI frameworks, unit economics, and profitability models. Deliver clear, concise analysis on revenue, cost drivers, margins, and performance trends. Resource Allocation & ROI Optimization Evaluate new product launches, market expansions, headcount plans, and major investments. Build ROI models and recommend capital allocation strategies. Improve financial efficiency through deep cost analysis and strategic prioritization. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, Data, and Leadership teams. Drive alignment across functions and ensure business decisions are grounded in data. Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. Financial Governance & Risk Management Identify financial risks, operational gaps, and control issues; propose mitigation actions. Promote financial discipline and rigor across the organization. Enhance forecasting accuracy, data consistency, and business accountability. Must-Have 3–5+ years of experience in management consulting or strategic finance roles in high-growth companies. Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills. Strong business acumen and ability to connect operational drivers with financial outcomes. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts in a simple and compelling way. Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional initiatives. Preferred MBA from a top-tier program, with strong academic performance. Experience in FinTech, Crypto/Web3, Payments, Trading, or Tech industries. SQL or BI tools for data analysis (a plus, not required). Experience building forecasting models, unit economics, and KPI dashboards. Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a high level of ownership.
