Buyer - Menswear

Responsibilities Responsible for implementing buying strategies and budget proposals to achieve sales, profit, and inventory targets for the assigned Business Unit. Assist in formulating the buying strategy and process to ensure each purchase is done properly by assortment planning, analysing history, and identifying volume drivers to maximise sales opportunities. Monitor merchandise flow, including managing inventory, sales forecasting, and SKU performance to maximise sales and sell-through. Assess product performance by reviewing the Weekly Sales Report and take appropriate actions on a weekly basis. Deploy effective stock replenishment, consolidation, and allocation plans to maintain optimal SKU‑level inventory. Analyse market trends and sales performance, and suggest actions on a regular basis. Prepare various sales reports for management review. Conduct market research and competitor analysis on a regular basis. Collaborate with Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Retail teams on product launches, promotions and PR activities. Provide product training and trend updates to frontline staff. Support new business initiatives and other ad‑hoc projects as required. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a supply chain related discipline Minimum 2 years of buying experience in the retail industry Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, and numerical ability Well organised, detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to prioritise work under tight schedules Demonstrated teamwork spirit and eagerness to learn Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese Proficient in Excel for data management and analysis SAP experience is an added advantage Everyone's Welcome We are ambitious about the future of retail.
