Student Services Associate / Officer (SS ) Provide professional course consultation and services to our students and parents. Professionally follow up students and parents feedback and enquiries independently with resolution and proactively follow up with related parties for services enhancement. Enroll students and take payments according to the School’s procedures and providing after-sales services and enquiry follow up. Coordinate with our teaching team to plan the teaching schedules and classes for students. Be responsible for day-to-day operation of the center. Assist in external seminars, participate in exhibitions and deliver presentations. Assist in planning and development of new courses/programs. Handle ad-hoc assignments as required. Requirements Bachelor degree in any discipline is preferred. Minimum 1 year working experience in customer service; experience in education sector would be an advantage (Fresh graduates will also be considered, more important is your ability to learn and have a positive attitude). Good communication, interpersonal, presentation and problem solving skills. Be friendly, flexible, dynamic and have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Mandarin is a plus. Candidate with more experience will be considered as Student Services Officer. Immediate availability is highly preferred. Shift duty and work on Saturday is required. 5 days work / week (Tue-Sat). Salary offered will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
