Associate, Customer Service and Dealing Support, Equity Sales & Derivatives Key Accountabilities Handle customer enquiries across various communication channels (phone calls, email, livechat…) and perform call back to clients if necessary; Processing trade orders in local and global equities; Provide support to the team and carry out other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned. Skills & Experience Degree holder; 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the financial industry, with over 1 year of related full‑time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas considered an advantage; Customer‑oriented with strong communication skills is essential; Strong command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
