Overview Head of Finance – Anko Sourcing (direct sourcing arm for Kmart and Target). Global sourcing operations across Asia (China, Hong Kong, India, Bangladesh, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam). Responsibilities Act as trusted advisor to the Chief Operating Officer and Anko Sourcing Leadership Team. Collaborate with Sourcing, ISC and Supply Chain Transformation teams to optimise cost structures and improve financial performance. Drive long‑term financial planning, investment analysis and risk management across multiple geographies. Oversee corporate planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for Anko Sourcing. Monitor and report on KPIs including cost of goods sold (COGS), supplier performance and sourcing efficiency. Continuously review and improve financial and sourcing processes to ensure best practice. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements. Ensure business unit cash flow is maintained adequately and negotiate rates with operating suppliers to reduce operating expenses. Manage statutory reporting and tax compliance functions. Qualifications Master’s degree in finance, accounting or related field. Minimum 15 years of solid experience in accounting and finance management. Qualified CPA, ACCA or CA. Strong knowledge of corporate tax, audit and compliance regulations across Asian countries. Demonstrated commercial acumen in business case development and assessment. Highest standard of integrity, ethics & professionalism with strong business acumen. Strong leadership skills, hands‑on, highly self‑motivated with strong analytical skills. Proven track record in financial leadership across international operations, preferably in Asia. Experience partnering with cross‑functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders. Proven senior management and leadership skills with strong emphasis on interpersonal skills and building a high performing team. Strong understanding of global sourcing and supply chain dynamics, cost management and compliance frameworks.
