Sales General Manager – High Volume Components for Domestic Appliance Market We seek a dynamic and commercially astute Sales General Manager to lead our high volume component business within the domestic appliance market. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional networking skills at senior levels, a relentless drive to seize every business opportunity, and deep industry knowledge to fuel growth and market dominance. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement aggressive sales strategies to secure and expand high volume component sales across the domestic appliance sector. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations, including engineering, procurement, and product management teams. Network strategically within customer organizations to identify emerging needs, influence buying decisions, and enhance long-term partnerships. Lead high-level negotiations and secure profitable contracts by demonstrating a high level of commercial expertise and conviction. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to tailor offerings aligning with customer needs and market trends. Drive a culture of proactive opportunity identification, ensuring the team is focused on securing every viable business deal. Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve targets and uphold the highest standards of professionalism. Monitor market activities, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to stay ahead of market trends and maintain competitive advantage. Prepare executive-level reports, forecasts, and strategic plans for senior management review. Qualifications At least 10 years of senior sales experience in the Mainland China market, ideally in high-volume component manufacturing or the domestic appliance industry. Demonstrated ability to network at the highest organizational levels and influence decision-makers. Proven track record of securing large-scale, high-value deals and consistently surpassing sales targets. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills. Strong commercial acumen with the confidence to challenge and influence key stakeholders. Inspiring leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation. Strategic thinker with an unwavering conviction and passion for business growth. Fluent in both English and Chinese (Putonghua).
