Responsible Officer for Licensed Corporation (Types 1, 4 and 9) VSFG Asset Management Limited Job Responsibilities Serve as the Responsible Officer for the Company’s Type 1, 4 & 9 regulated activities, with the management responsibilities and duties to supervise and/or operate the SFC’s granted regulated activities businesses ; Perform daily operation functions for Investment Funds and Discretionary Managed Accounts ; Manage daily business operations, including but not limited to trading, settlement and risk management and customer services to the Companies’ Clients, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulatory standards ; Lead deal flows and execute transactions ; Perform regular Due Diligence Process (AML & KYC) of (New & Current) Clients ; Collaborate with the firm’s senior management / investment committee to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities ; and Handle any ad‑hoc duties as required. Requirements University graduates in business related disciplines ; Current sole SFC unconditional Type 1, 4 & 9 Responsible Officer license holder is a must ; Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an operational & a management experience in Brokerage & Asset Management Firm ; Experienced in setting up and operating HKOFC and/or Cayman Islands SPC is a plus ; Sound knowledge of SFO, AMLO and Code of Conduct ; Self‑motivated, detail oriented and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment ; and Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).
