Project Designer (Workplace Design & Build) About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join the talented team of AJM Design Group Ltd as a Project Designer (Workplace Design & Build). In this full‑time, office‑based role, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality interior design solutions for a range of commercial clients. The role is based in the Wan Chai District. What you'll be doing Collaborating with the Senior Designer to ensure successful project completion Producing detailed design plans, elevation drawings, and 3D visualizations to bring design ideas to life Issuing submission drawings, tender documents, specifications, and other project documentation Conducting site supervision by overseeing the implementation of interior design projects, which includes monitoring progress, maintaining quality control, problem‑solving, and ensuring compliance Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution What we're looking for A degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field At least 3‑5 years of experience in commercial interior design, preferably in the workplace design and build sector Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite Strong problem‑solving and project management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and project stakeholders A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating functional and visually stunning interior spaces What we offer At AJM Design Group Ltd, we are committed to fostering a dynamic and supportive work environment.
