Position Summary CAPS is seeking a full-time Program Director for the Impact Network, with extensive experience in curating and building membership and client bases. The ideal candidate will lead the membership programme, focusing on enhancing engagement, retention and growth. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing and recruitment strategies, addressing the needs of existing members, and developing content, programmes and events to facilitate engagement. The Director will strategically plan and implement initiatives that provide members with valuable insights and support, while collaborating with CAPS’ research and communications team to execute effective marketing strategies, member services and exclusive events. Key Responsibilities Articulate and refine the value proposition of the Impact Network to audiences and stakeholders Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for members, actively listening and understanding members’ needs Identify and implement cost-effective and targeted recruitment strategies to increase membership Develop and deliver events, content, insights, tools and advice that address member needs and deepen engagement Collaborate with CAPS’ communications and events team to develop effective marketing materials and world‑class convenings Oversee all aspects of the programme including administration and management to ensure smooth and independent operation Identify and leverage other platforms or events to strategically develop and grow the programme, establishing partnerships that align with its objectives Propose ways to utilise CAPS’s ongoing research and activities to deliver insights and added value to members Own the responsibilities of programme data management, including monitoring trends and feedback collection for continuous programme design improvement Requirements Degree in related disciplines and 7+ years of relevant working experience in consulting, network or expert peer group development, member/client engagement or advisory Strong relationship‑management skills, with a track record of building and maintaining a client base or member relationships Experience in programme design and management, developing content and insights, events management and marketing Exceptional ability to communicate effectively across all levels of stakeholders and to influence senior leaders Strong understanding of impact and sustainability, and familiarity with CAPS’ research and mission Proactive, entrepreneurial, creative, resourceful, detail‑oriented and capable of multitasking Intellectually curious, with excellent communication skills Demonstrated experience working with cross‑functional teams Fluency in English required; fluency in additional Asian languages is a plus Contact Interested candidates should send a cover letter and CV to .
