Generative AI (GenAI) plays a crucial role in automating business processes for these customers. As a part of the team, you will be looking into implementing these solutions through the latest technologies and most advanced findings. Under the guidance of industry professionals, you will work with others to build AI applications and services. Duties Develop Cantonese speech recognition algorithms using self‑supervised learning and tone modeling to address low‑resource challenges. Build dialect‑adaptive models using sparse encoding and soft‑label transfer for rapid accent adaptation. Design context‑aware frameworks integrating linguistic features (e.g., tone, prosody) to improve recognition accuracy in noisy and dialectal scenarios. Research multimodal alignment models that fuse speech emotion features with text semantics using attention‑based emotional embedding. Optimize weakly supervised multimodal fusion through pseudo‑label cleaning and adversarial alignment modules. Provide technical guidance to R&D team members, including mentoring, training, and collaborative development. Requirements A research degree, preferably a PhD in Computer Science or a related discipline. Research experience in one or more of the areas of machine learning, data mining, computer vision, speech and voice processing, or natural language processing. Familiar with TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or Caffe, etc. Familiar with OpenCV, Scikit‑Learn, and Pandas libraries, etc. Familiar with large language models such as BERT, RoBERTa, or GPT, etc. Familiar with Jupyter Labs/Notebooks. Strong programming skills with C, C++, Java, Python, or R. Able to work well in a team or independently. Self‑motivated, adaptable, and has a strong sense of ownership. Able to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance. Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with less experience may be considered as AI Engineer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
