Responsibilities As a Consulting Engineer, you’ll be hands‑on in designing and delivering next‑gen multimedia systems that blend art and technology. Collaborate with clients to understand user needs and create comprehensive audiovisual experiences design. Design AV and multimedia systems for high‑profile projects in hospitality, entertainment, commercial, and corporate sectors. Prepare project documentation, including system drawings and budget insights. Work closely with architects, interior designers, and other consultants to ensure integrated solutions. Coordinate with engineers and vendors during off‑site and on‑site meetings or inspections. Provide technical consulting services to clients across the APAC and Greater China region. Travel occasionally as needed for meetings or site visits. Requirements Strong technical knowledge in AV and Multimedia system, video conferencing, and digital media technologies. Ability to produce professional system diagrams (including Video and Audio systems, and control systems). Degree or diploma in engineering, digital media, computer science, or related disciplines. 1 – 4 years of experience in AV/IT/telecom preferred (fresh grads or less experienced candidates may be considered for Assistant Engineer roles). Familiarity with new technologies like IoT or Art Tech or Digital Media or smart environments is a plus. Strong speaking and written skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
