Infrastructure Specialist

Large scale of project experience Stable working environment Competitive Package Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain the departmental network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, and other network appliances. Provide technical advice and support services for the department's internet and intranet, as well as the management of LAN and WAN networks. Manage and coordinate the work of subordinate team members to ensure effective network support services across headquarters and remote office locations. Offer technical support and guidance for IT planning and IT security initiatives within the department. Administer and maintain the department's virtual private network (VPN) infrastructure, providing technical advice and support services as needed. Manage vendor relationships and oversee the delivery of various network-related services, such as intrusion detection and departmental portal management. Manage IT projects and vendor engagements to ensure high-quality deliverables and smooth project execution. Required Skills and Experience: Degree or above in Computing or IT-related disciplines 5+ years of experience in server virtualization, Windows, Linux and/or Unix, SAN as well as LAN/WAN technology Wintel -Familiar with Microsoft, infrastructure,Exchange, ActiveDirectoryand ,support Server /Network, Network -Hands-on experience with network devicessetup, configuration & troubleshooting, such as Cisco routers and switches, Juniper firewalls, and load balancers.Experience in Huawei product is a plus Security -Working experience in monitoring vendor performance, conducting security risk assessment audits, and supporting network intrusion detection services. Experience with leading security technologies such as SIEM, DLP, IAM, SASE and vulnerability management is an advantage Holder certifications in Network / Cloud / Cybersecurity such as AWS Cloud, PCNSE, CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, CISA, CISM or CEH etc. is advantage Hands-on experience in cloud networking infrastructure design and maintenance is an advantage Excellent organizing, analytical, detail-minded and problem solving skills, good team player with strong interpersonal skills, Good communication in both Cantonese & English, both written and oral More experience will be regarded as Senior role #J-18808-Ljbffr
