As a member of the Corporate Team at Pacific Prime, your role is to support the Business Development Manager in acquiring new customers, cross‑selling with an extensive client base as well as coordinating with other global offices on opportunities. Additionally, you will provide valuable analytical project support for both new and established clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive technical reviews, including benchmarking and gap analysis. Assist in analysis, drafting of results and reports for BD Manager and prospective clients. Provide expert advice to clients on placement design, potential coverage enhancements, pricing and other relevant areas. Design and customize insurance solutions to meet specific needs of clients. Compile and prepare materials such as memorandums, proposals, employee handbooks, presentations and other relevant broking documents. Support the BD Manager and provide organizational and technical assistance. Pitch Pacific Prime services to potential clients. Identify and contact new sales leads through emails and phone calls to establish rapport and set up meetings. Attend conferences, meetings and networking events. Conduct research to identify new leads and decision makers. Organize company seminars and strategically select conferences and events with the highest ROI to maximize business development opportunities. Manage CRM for inbound leads from online, other Pacific Prime offices and partnerships. Master Pacific Prime technology solutions and execute client demonstrations. Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospective clients. Develop relationships with providers, partners and key market stakeholders. Manage the placement of new business cases assigned and provide ongoing support to the Account Managers for management of placed policies. Proactively oversee and renew a portfolio of group client accounts, encompassing various sizes and premium values. Conduct meticulous line‑by‑line reviews of final proposals, ensuring clarity on benefits, exclusions, definitions and terminology. Collaborate with the administration team to streamline the renewal process, from pre‑renewal stages to post‑renewal completion, including all necessary paperwork. Generate comprehensive claims reports tailored to client requirements, utilizing either as presentation or reports. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor degree in any discipline (open to fresh graduates). Customer‑centric mindset with a strong emphasis on delivering excellent customer service. Successfully completed IIQE Papers I, II and III. Exceptional communication and writing skills and attention to detail. Resourceful problem solver with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Desire to develop knowledge and expertise in the employee benefits industry. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to act in a consultative role, providing valuable insights and guidance to clients.
