Job Description As a Leasing Officer, your main responsibilities will include: Managing leasing activities, including tenant sourcing and lease negotiations. Maintaining positive relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention. Preparing and reviewing leasing agreements and related documents. Conducting market research to stay updated on property trends in Hong Kong. Collaborating with internal departments to meet leasing targets and objectives. Monitoring and reporting on leasing performance metrics. Resolving tenant inquiries and addressing issues promptly and professionally. Ensuring compliance with local property regulations and company policies The Successful Applicant A successful Leasing Officer should have: Relevant educational qualifications in real estate, business, or a related field. Experience in leasing or property management, preferably within the property industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in preparing and reviewing leasing documents.
