Sales, Equity Derivatives (Institutional/HNW Clients) We are looking for a proactive and talented individual to join our IDS Equity Derivatives Sales Team. The role involves supporting institutional and high-net-worth clients across pan‑Asia markets, especially China A‑shares and Hong Kong equities. The candidate will be responsible for client onboarding, product, and trade settlement. Job Responsibilities Assist senior sales team in client coverage, including HNW individuals, hedge funds, and institutional investors. Present standard and customised prime brokerage and derivative products, such as single stock trading, DMA, vanilla and exotic options, stock borrowing and lending (SBL), index products, and structured products. Support the client onboarding process, including account opening, documentation, and KYC coordination. Handle client inquiries, review account activities, and coordinate with internal teams on trade settlement and back‑office processes. Work closely with structuring and management teams to design and develop new products to meet client and firm objectives. Provide timely operational and administrative support to senior management and the broader sales team. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in finance, economics, business, or a related analytical discipline. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in equity derivatives, prime brokerage, or financial product sales. Strong understanding of equity derivative and prime brokerage products with an interest in pan‑Asia markets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of solving problems independently and working collaboratively. Proactive, diligent, and professional with high ethical standards and integrity. Fluent in Mandarin and English; Cantonese proficiency is an advantage. Holder of SFC licence preferable. Eligible to work in Hong Kong; available for immediate onboarding is highly preferred.
