Insurance - (Senior) Business Analyst (nsurance Operations) We are seeking a (Senior) Business Analyst to join a dedicated team in the insurance industry, focusing on High Net Worth (HNW) Insurance Operations. The employer is a large organization within the insurance industry, recognized for its focus on innovation and excellence. They are committed to delivering high-quality services and leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency. Description Lead and document business requirements for the development and enhancement of core policy administration systems and customer portals within the insurance domain. Drive and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring all functionalities align with business specifications and regulatory standards. Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process maps, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures to support operational readiness. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, provide status updates, and ensure seamless communication across business and IT teams. Review IT deliverables (e.g., Functional Specifications) to confirm alignment with user requirements and insurance operational needs. Support post-implementation activities, including user training and issue resolution. Participate in Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and contribute to vendor evaluation processes. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within insurance operations. Profile University degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Information Technology, or related disciplines. Minimum 2+years of experience in business analysis within the life insurance industry. Proven track record in UAT planning and execution for insurance systems or related platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and spoken). Highly organized, proactive, and a strong team player. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power Platform applications. Job Offer Competitive salary between HKD 360,000 and HKD 450,000.
