Role Purpose We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our O+O Store and Promotion Technology team. This role serves as the first line of technical support for our store POS systems across Asia. The specialist will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and resolving technical issues that impact our operations, ensuring system stability and business continuity. Typical day in this role Act as the technical support contact for system issues across Asia POS platforms. Provide guidance and resolution on wide range of technical and non-technical issues covering all the Promotion Execution/Calculation related applications running in the backend. Consulting and cooperating with Group IT Asia and European teammates. Interacting closely with your stakeholders within Business Units in Asia. Manage changes per new application releases, including but not limited to on documentation for changes in functionalities, user manuals, etc. Ensure high system uptime and performance through proactive monitoring and quick response to alerts. Non-office hour support may be required for urgent incident handling or critical issue triage. This job is a good fit for you if You are a PROBLEM SOLVER. Success will depend on Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related disciplines. Solid IT experience in Retail industry. Technical knowledge of Microsoft .Net, Windows Server, Windows Command Scripts, and strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL is indispensable in position. Knowledge of common cloud technologies such as Docker, virtualization, network infrastructure, cloud security, etc., would be an advantage. Strong interpersonal & problem‑solving skills, logical & analytical mind, well‑organized and self‑initiative. Good communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
