Software Quality Assurance Officer (1-yr contract, renewable) Fo Tan, Sha Tin District, HK Manual testing (Options, US stocks, credit cards, trading). Use API testing tools such as Postman or Charles Proxy . Document testing results and generate testing progress reports for management. Provide advice and guidance to colleagues throughout testing and QA processes. Review and analyze software requirements for completeness, lack of ambiguity, and testability. Continuously improve software testing with new software technologies and methodologies. Requirements 5‑10 years of testing experience, with rich experience in Web testing or Mobile App testing. Hands‑on experience in Manual Functional and End‑to‑End testing. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes. Be able to use API testing tools such as Postman. Experience with project and defect management tools (e.g. JIRA). Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Highly sensitive to numbers: Proven ability to validate financial accuracy. Comfortable using team communication platforms (e.g. Slack). Fluent communication in both English and Mandarin. Basic understanding of test automation tools and scripting languages (Selenium, Appium, Python, Pytest, Java) is a plus. Solid understanding of Agile methodology is a plus.
