Senior Project Manager / Store opening/ Repair and Maintenance / F&B Our client is a well‑known and expanding F&B group in Hong Kong. For the business needs, they are inviting an experienced talent to join Project Engineering Division as Senior Project Manager to lead different kind of restaurants and retail store renovation and maintenance projects as well as new opening projects. Responsibilities End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of restaurant and retail store renovation, maintenance, and new opening projects from conception to completion. Design & Technical Expertise: Oversee and approve E&M (Electrical & Mechanical) designs, store layout plans, and kitchen workflows to ensure optimal operational efficiency and brand compliance. Procurement & Vendor Management: Manage the entire tender process, including contractor evaluation, negotiation, and appointment, ensuring value and quality. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work seamlessly with Operations, Design, and Marketing teams to align project objectives with business goals and brand standards. Technical Innovation: Research and recommend innovative equipment and solutions for new business models and existing store upgrades. Site Supervision & Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous site inspections, provide technical support, and enforce the highest standards of quality, safety, and budget control. Regulatory Compliance: Liaise effectively with government authorities, consultants, and contractors to secure all necessary permits and ensure full compliance with local regulations. Financial Accountability: Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures meticulously to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within financial targets. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies, E&M Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of proven project management experience, with a strong preference for candidates from the Retail or F&B sectors. Demonstrable expertise in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) design principles and installation processes. Solid background in site construction management and supervision. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem‑solving skills with a proactive, detail‑oriented, and highly organized approach. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively across all levels. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
