Work alongside the software development team and graphic designer to produce creative and user-friendly product experiences, always applying human-centered design principles and methodology. Develop prototypes, user flows, and wireframes to clearly illustrate interaction and design concepts. Conduct user research and usability testing, translating insights into actionable design improvements. Present and justify design decisions to key stakeholders, articulating the strategic thinking behind your solutions. skills & experiences required. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with a core focus of UI/UX Design. Exceptional proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud. A proven track record of successful work on mobile application projects; experience in designing products for the Web3 industry is highly advantageous. A deep and current understanding of modern UI/UX design methodologies and industry best practices specific to mobile application development. A proactive and innovative mindset, eager to propose original ideas and contribute to product development. Proficiency in Cantonese & English speaking; Mandarin speaking is a plus.
