Responsibilities Define and execute the product roadmap for options backend infrastructure, including order, pricing, and risk systems. Translate trading needs into detailed technical requirements for options backend and infrastructure teams. Drive system performance improvements in latency, throughput, and fault tolerance through data-driven iteration. Collaborate with the frontend PMs, engineering, quant, and trading ops to deliver robust and scalable backend releases. Monitor system health and ensure compliance with security, reliability, and regulatory standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (tech) in Computer Science, Maths, Engineering, Finance, or related field. 2+ years of experience in options trading / technical product management. Strong understanding of options trading mechanics, risk engines, and settlement workflows. Technical fluency in backend system architecture, APIs, and data flows. Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and business teams; bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
