About the role As a Sales Associate at Time Universe Watch Co., Limited, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience at our retail store located in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District. This is a full‑time position where you will be responsible for assisting customers, handling sales transactions, and contributing to the overall success of our business. What you'll be doing Providing excellent customer service by greeting and engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our high-quality watches to customers Assisting customers with product selection, answering their questions, and guiding them through the purchasing process Handling cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions accurately and efficiently Maintaining a well‑organized and visually appealing store environment Participating in inventory management and product replenishment as required Contributing to team efforts and supporting colleagues as needed What we're looking for At least 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail sales, with a preference for watch or jewelry industry background. Fashion industry experience is also welcomed. Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Good team player with positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. Good sales and interpersonal skills. Passionate about retail or service oriented industry. Excellent interpersonal, communication and client relations skills. Client‑centric, proactive and positive in approach. Good team player with high levels of motivation. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership. Fresh graduates with internship experience in retail will also be considered. Energetic and proactive team player. Physically active role requiring stamina and flexibility. Looking for someone with a can‑do attitude and hands‑on approach. Excellent adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
