Network Project Manager

Technical Project Manager (Network, Infrastructure, Security) Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in networking, infrastructure, and security to lead complex initiatives across APAC and global teams. This role will oversee project delivery from planning through execution, ensuring secure, scalable, and business‑aligned solutions. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Drive project scoping, workload estimation, scheduling, coordination, risk assessment, communication, and change management. Requirements Management: Collaborate with business system managers to draft and refine functional and technical documentation. Technical Analysis: Partner with technology teams to gather requirements, conduct gap and impact analyses, and evaluate solution options. Global Coordination: Work across global, regional, and local teams to ensure seamless implementation and roll‑out. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions, preparing materials and guiding discussions to define use cases and user journeys. Meeting Facilitation: Organize and lead meetings with APAC IT stakeholders, vendors, and partners to align on objectives and next steps. Execution Oversight: Track progress against action plans, ensuring timely completion of tasks and proactive follow‑up with responsible parties. Deliverables Management: Support the creation, review, and quality assurance of project deliverables, including project plans, business process maps, architecture diagrams, design specifications, test documentation, and steering committee materials. Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in networking, infrastructure, and security project management. Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (written and verbal). Proven track record in multinational corporations (MNCs); experience in luxury retail is an advantage. Core Competencies Extensive experience in network administration and operations, including support and troubleshooting. Proven success in network revamp projects, covering LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless environments. Strong expertise in wireless networking, with hands‑on deployment and optimization experience. Ability to design, implement, and manage network infrastructure devices across complex environments. Deep knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and HTTP. Technical proficiency with multi‑vendor solutions, including Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, F5, and others (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, proxies, VPN gateways, IDS/IPS, wireless controllers, and access points). Advanced/Additional Expertise Experience in SD‑WAN design and deployment. Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and solutions. Knowledge of unified communications tools and mobile telephony solutions. Experience with network management platforms, including monitoring, configuration management, and performance analysis tools. Professional Skills Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities, with the capacity to quickly diagnose and resolve complex issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and languages. Adaptable team player, capable of working independently or collaboratively in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.
