Responsibilities Manage personnel matters for salaried and non‑salaried sales staff, including resignations, terminations & cross‑team transfers. Draft new guidelines & procedures in line with ongoing business needs. Enhance forms, guidelines & procedures whenever there are changes. Regularly review and streamline current processes/workflows to maximize operational efficiency. Support strategy planning and implementation of all recruitment initiatives to achieve manpower targets. Manage & review effectiveness of all recruitment sources, including internal referral programs. Maintain active contact and market intelligence of external recruitment environments, constantly exploring job placement or potential candidate searching opportunities. Prepare recruitment statistical analysis and expense tracking reports, with relevant commentaries for management review. Ensure fulfillment of mandatory CPD and other compulsory training requirements. Manage information exchange between parties such as Sales Human Resources, Training & IT departments, in preparation for the arrival of new staff. Support the team in new business submission, policy servicing, office administration & general enquiries from Sales Consultancy. Qualifications University graduate, preferably in Business & Financial related disciplines. Minimum of 5 years working experience with at least 3 years solid experience in HR Administration or Agency Management. Experience with sales recruitment and licensing processes. Ability to work independently & proactively with an open mindset. Good computer proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word. Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills in both written & spoken English.
