We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team, responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions, blending exceptional visual design with deep expertise in user experience (UX) research and design. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex problems and has a keen eye for detail, with a focus on creating seamless and engaging user interfaces. Responsibilities Visual Design: Create high-quality, visually compelling designs for digital products, ensuring brand consistency and aesthetic excellence across all touchpoints. UX Research & Design: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to understand user needs and behaviors. Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that drive intuitive and compelling user experiences. Collaboration: Work closely with design lead, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and iterate on designs based on feedback and testing. Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and validate usability with users and stakeholders. Problem Solving: Tackle complex design challenges, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to deliver innovative solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, including user journeys and personas, to support development and alignment across teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both visual design and UX research/design. Portfolio is a must. Proficiency in creating polished, user-friendly interfaces with a strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout design. Demonstrated ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar). Proficiency in Figma is a must. Experience with digital twins, ERP systems, or complex SaaS products is a strong plus, particularly in designing for data-heavy or technical interfaces. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to iterate quickly based on feedback and data. Nice-to-Haves Experience with digital twins, ERP systems or productivity tools is a strong plus. Experience with motion design or micro-interactions to enhance user engagement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
