In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable AI systems using machine learning and data-driven approaches. You'll integrate ML models into production-ready AI solutions while collaborating closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams. Monitor and optimise model performance, contribute to AI architecture and deployment, and stay current with the latest AI/ML research and technologies. We work with high-growth organisations and sector leaders: Financial Services & Private Equity: Delivering AI-powered analytics, risk, and operational tools Retail & Consumer Brands: Optimising pricing, inventory, and engagement through actionable analytics Asset Management: Developing investment infrastructure and automated risk management systems Public Sector: Trusted by government departments for fraud analytics, predictive maintenance, and operations optimisation SaaS & Manufacturing: Driving technological transformation and efficiency across verticals Description Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable AI systems using machine learning and data-driven approaches Integrate ML models into production-ready AI solutions while collaborating closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams Monitor and optimise model performance, contribute to AI architecture and deployment, and stay current with the latest AI/ML research and technologies Profile Strong programming and software engineering skills, especially in Python, and follow best practices like version control and scalable code design Practical experience designing, training, and evaluating machine learning models, including deep learning and statistical optimisation Proficient in developing data pipelines for large, complex datasets using Python, SQL, NoSQL, and big data tools, preferably on AWS or Azure Hands‑on experience with LLM operations and agentic AI tools such as GPT‑5, LangChain, and vector databases Understand MLOps, including deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines, and can effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences Job Offer Our Client offers a competitive package and an encouraging work environment focused on growth, excellence, and success with the company opportunities for career advancement.
