As Head of Marketing , can be based in Singapore or Hong Kong. Build and lead a world‑class marketing organisation that drives qualified demand, elevates brand visibility, and delivers measurable revenue impact across B2B, fintech, and Web3 ecosystems. You’ll operate at the intersection of crypto, blockchain, and payments innovation—helping position the company as the category leader in stablecoin‑enabled financial infrastructure. What You’ll Do Global strategy: Lead brand, demand generation, and product marketing with a clear link between marketing outcomes and revenue growth. Demand generation: Build a full‑funnel engine across SEO, content, paid channels, events, and partnerships to deliver qualified pipeline. Product marketing: Define ICPs, messaging, and positioning for new launches across cards, cross‑border payments, and embedded finance solutions. Brand and communications: Own global PR, storytelling, and social strategy. Ensure consistent, proactive messaging that resonates with both Web2 and Web3 audiences. Data and optimisation: Build a culture of experimentation using HubSpot, analytics, and A/B testing to drive predictable, measurable growth. Cross‑functional leadership: Partner with Sales, Product, and RevOps to align campaigns, improve conversion, and support the commercial team with tools and insights. Team and capability building: Hire and develop high‑performing talent across regions, instilling accountability, creativity, and data fluency. What you’ll bring A proven track record leading marketing in fintech, payments, or blockchain companies through high‑growth stages. Strength in growth marketing, performance, and product marketing, with a commercial mindset and ability to balance brand with measurable ROI. Deep understanding of Web3, DeFi, stablecoins, and digital asset infrastructure, with the ability to translate technical innovation into accessible narratives. Hands‑on experience in marketing operations, automation, and data analytics, ideally with HubSpot or similar platforms. A builder’s mindset—comfortable operating in ambiguity, setting foundations, and scaling repeatable systems globally.
